Not happy with your product? Or is it broken? This is disturbing. We will do our best to solve it well. You will find the full text in our conditions. Below you will find practical comments, because they are not strict rules of the company.
You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of delivery, at your own expense. We will refund the money as soon as we receive the return shipment. Goods that are damaged or used or purchased during the campaign period are not credited.
We pack our products as well as possible and check at multiple checkpoints prior to shipment to ensure complete products are shipped. However, your product may be damaged during delivery. We will try to solve it for you!
Contact us within 14 days and state that the item is damaged and what you expect as a solution so we can assist you to the best of our ability. If there are damaged or missing products during transportation, a signed report and detailed photos of the package should be created together with the carrier cargo. This makes editing easy. In the case of damaged or missing product deliveries, transaction requests that are not signed and an assignment file is not opened at the time of delivery are not processed by the Carrier cargo. In order to avoid loss of rights, please take the signed report of the cargo company and do not forget to open an assignment file to the cargo company for delivery. Is your product broken during the warranty period? Contact us directly and tell us what’s broken and what to expect as a solution so we can help you as well as possible. We want you to return the product to us. After we receive your return, we will evaluate whether the damage is covered under warranty. Then we will find a suitable solution for you.
