1. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can help you with the next steps. For eligible consumer returns, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable law and our official Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Refund eligibility, return shipping costs, product condition requirements, exceptions and processing are governed by the applicable law and our Refund Policy. Nothing on this page limits your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

2. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

We carefully inspect and pack orders before shipment. If your delivery arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

If possible, keep the original packaging and ask the carrier to record visible shipping damage. A carrier report can help us investigate the shipment, but the absence of a report does not automatically remove any rights you have under applicable law.

3. Product Warranty

If a product develops a problem during an applicable warranty period, please contact us with your order details and an explanation of the issue. We will assess the claim and explain the available remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under the warranty terms and applicable law.

Warranty coverage depends on the product, the nature of the issue and applicable statutory protections. Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions.
