2. Scope and Parties

This Agreement applies to purchases made through doctorpdrtools.com between the Seller identified above and the customer placing the order (the “Buyer”). The Seller offers paintless dent repair (PDR) tools, equipment, accessories and related products to individual consumers and professional or business buyers internationally. Mandatory consumer protection rights apply where relevant and take precedence over conflicting terms.

3. Product Details and Pre-Contract Information

Product descriptions, specifications, quantities, variants, prices, availability and applicable delivery options are presented on product pages and during checkout. Before placing an order, the Buyer should review the selected products and the total amount payable. Any additional pre-contractual disclosures required by applicable law must be provided separately where required.

4. Prices, Payments and Taxes

The applicable product prices, currency, shipping charges and taxes collected by the Seller are displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed using a method offered at checkout. An order confirmation does not waive the Seller's or Buyer's statutory rights.

Where the website or checkout expressly states that customs duties and taxes are included in the product price for a destination, the Seller will honor that representation according to the disclosed terms. Otherwise, import duties, customs charges and taxes not collected by the Seller may apply as permitted by law and subject to information disclosed before purchase. No undisclosed charge is imposed by this Agreement.

5. Order Acceptance and Availability

After an order is submitted, the Buyer will receive an electronic acknowledgment. If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will contact the Buyer and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund when required. The Seller will not unilaterally substitute materially different goods without the Buyer's agreement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping services, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or in the Shipping Policy. Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch. International deliveries may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside the Seller's reasonable control. Delivery obligations and remedies remain subject to mandatory applicable law.

7. Cancellation Before Dispatch

To request cancellation before dispatch, the Buyer should promptly email info@doctorpdrtools.com with the order number. If the order has already shipped, applicable withdrawal and return rights will be handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

8. Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Eligible consumer Buyers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period following delivery where the applicable law provides that right, subject to statutory exceptions and any more favorable published terms. Professional or business purchases may be subject to different rules. Details of eligibility, the return process, refunds and any lawful return-shipping charges are described in the Refund Policy.

Discounted or promotional goods are not automatically excluded from mandatory consumer withdrawal or statutory conformity rights. The Seller does not impose a restocking fee under its current published return policy. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights relating to defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

If an item arrives damaged, is defective or differs from the order, the Buyer should contact info@doctorpdrtools.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help the Seller assess the matter. The Seller will provide remedies required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate. Any requested reporting timeframe does not extinguish mandatory statutory rights.

10. Warranty and Safe Use

Products are covered by applicable statutory conformity and warranty rights. Buyers should use tools and equipment for their intended purpose and follow supplied safety instructions. Any separate commercial warranty applies only when expressly provided and does not replace statutory protections.

11. International Sales and Customs

Products may be shipped from Türkiye to customers in other countries. Import documentation, duties, taxes and customs procedures vary by destination. The allocation of responsibilities follows the terms expressly disclosed during purchase and applicable law. Buyers may be required to provide accurate information for customs clearance.

12. Personal Data and Communications

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements. Transactional communications, including order confirmation, invoices and shipment notifications, may be sent electronically. Marketing messages are governed by separate consent requirements where applicable.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not deprive consumer Buyers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them, including any non-waivable rules on jurisdiction and dispute resolution. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts or consumer authorities determined under applicable law.

14. Agreement and Mandatory Disclosures

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having had an opportunity to review the products, pricing, delivery information and applicable terms. Where law requires specific pre-contractual information, express consent or confirmation, these must be supplied through the appropriate checkout process; publication of this page alone does not replace those requirements.
